Chapter Nineteen
Max slept restlessly last night. Joshua knew he hated not having sex when he really wanted it, but they had to remember this was their job and they had to do it well. Refraining from sex prior to filming definitely helped by showing how much they desired each other.
Joshua, Max, Christopher and Kyle waited in front of the apartments. Max seemed to have a hard time standing still.
Sam pulled up in his red Jeep. He really was a good looking guy. It’s no wonder Max had a thing for him with his messed up surfer look—not to mention how gentle and kind Sam was. Max headed for the front seat. There was no question which of them got to sit shotgun. Joshua smiled to himself. It was good to have Max back to the way he was pre-Tristan.
Joshua got in the back and looked at the seat. There was only room for one more ass in this small seat. Christopher jumped into the back and pulled Kyle up by his hand and had him sit on his lap. They all buckled up and headed down the road.
The trip seemed to be taking forever or maybe it was just because he couldn’t wait to have sex with Max. “How much further, Sam? Joshua yelled over the wind that was whipping around them.
“Just a few more minutes”
They finally turned off of the main road and took a rough sandy road to an area that looked like it had been abandoned. The buildings had peeling paint and chunks of cement missing. Sam pulled up to a single stall self-service car wash. Sitting inside was a black 1978 Pontiac Firebird. The car looked like it needed a paint job, but it was a sharp looking car.
“That’s my friend Nathan’s car. He’s letting us use it for the shoot before he fixes it up. So if you guys feel like getting rough, don’t worry about hurting the car.” Sam laughed and winked at Max who hid his face in his hands, giggling.
“This is going to be such an awesome scene!” Kyle had stood up in the back of the Jeep and then jumped down to help Sam with the camera.
“Hey, Joshua? Kyle and I will stand back a bit so Max doesn’t get too nervous.”
Joshua gave a one armed hug to Christopher. “I appreciate that. He’s doing a lot better. No one else has ever watched us but Sam so this is a big step for Max. It shows he trust you guys.”
“That means a lot to me. Kyle and I really like you and Max. We usually just kept to ourselves until you two showed up. I don’t know—I think you remind me of us or something. Good luck! I know it’s going to be a great scene, Joshua.” Christopher walked over to Sam and Kyle to help unload the buckets and sponges.
“I had the owner turn the water on for the day for us.” Sam handed the buckets and sponges to Max and Joshua.
